October is National Principal’s Month. Ordinarily, principals and school administrations are tasked with building community, enforcing structure, and supporting teachers, students, and families through their visionary leadership and attuned involvement. As their responsibilities have shifted immensely in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and shift to remote learning, they are the glue that holds our schools together.
